The Freebooter Lounge brings the first in a series of releases aimed at the dancefloor. Kevin Haren brings his big and bouncy sound to the camp with an excellent remix by fellow Irish talent, Simon Dalzell.

Kevin Haren has been producing electronic music for many years. Once part of drum n bass duo Stash, having many releases on labels including Demand Records, Transmission Audio and more. Alongside his own productions he produces music for adverts and short films has continued perfecting his craft in music production and with multiple releases lining up 2024 is looking like a breakthrough year for Kevin.

Simon Dalzell has been creating music since the late 1980s, starting out as a guitarist in rock bands whilst still at school then getting into dance music production in the early 1990s, first as one half of electronic music duo, Transmute, and later alongside Alan Ferris as Welt. With releases on labels such as MC Projects, Cloak & Dagger, Shine Recordings, and Dirty Ego Records, Simon has a passion for all genres of music with a particular interest in all things acid house. Never one to stick to a single style of music, Simon's production work has included House, Techno, Breaks and Indie.
